În baza art. 241 alin. 1 NCPC, dispune suspendarea judecării apelului declarat de reclamanţi împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1155/2018 pronunţată de Tribunalul Alba în dosar civil nr. 4351/117/2016. Trimite cauza la arhivă, în nelucrare, până la îndeplinirea obligaţiilor stabilite în sarcina reclamanţilor apelanţi la termenul anterior de judecată şi o nouă stăruinţă a părţilor.

Amână cauza
Pentru refacerea procedurii de citare cu apelanţii reclamanţi, necesitatea lămuririi situaţiei intimatului Herlea Cornel şi a persoanei care a semnat pentru intimaţii reclamanţi procesele verbale de citare, precum şi a calităţii de reprezentant a persoanei desemnate de apelanţii reclamanţi, faţă de împrejurarea că acesta a semnat şi întâmpinarea la apel, acordă termen de judecată la data de 10 ianuarie 2019, urmând a se repeta procedura de citare.
