Admite apelurile promovate de către apelanţii Recuperare Consulting Grup IPURL, lichidator judiciar al debitoarei G&G România SRL şi G&G Invest Corporate SRL, îndreptat împotriva Sentinţei civile nr.538/27.03.2018, pronunţată de Tribunalul Constanţa în dosarul nr.4887/118/2017. Schimbă în parte hotărârea atacată, în sensul că respinge ca neîntemeiată contestaţia formulată de contestatorii Baumit România Com SRL, Duraziv SRL, Austrotherm Com SRL şi Ital Kol SRL împotriva procesului - verbal al Adunării Creditorilor din 11.07.2017. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei civile apelate. Definitivă.
