Admitere apel
Admite apelul formulat de creditoarea Direcţia Generală Regională a Finanţelor Publice Braşov prin Administraţia Judeţeană a Finanţelor Publice Mureş (cu datele de identificare), împotriva sentinţei nr. 245/31 mai 2018 pronunţată de Tribunalul Specializat Mureş în dosar nr. 563/1371/2017/a3 şi, în consecinţă:
Schimbă în parte sentinţa atacată în sensul că:
Admite contesta?ia formulată de creditoarea Direcţia Generală Regională a Finanţelor Publice Braşov prin Administraţia Judeţeană a Finanţelor Publice Mureş (cu datele de identificare), împotriva tabelului preliminar de creanţe al debitoarei Asocia?ia Baschet Club Mure? şi dispune în sarcina administratorului judiciar înscrierea creditoarei în tabelul de creanţe al debitoarei şi cu creanţa suplimentară în cuantum de 700.046 lei.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale hotărârii atacate.
Definitivă.
