Admite excepţia nulităţii apelului formulat de debitoare, prin administrator special, pentru netimbrare, invocată din oficiu şi constată nul acest apel. Respinge apelul formulat de creditoarea Negrea Melania, ca nefondat. Admite apelul formulat de creditoarea Ricostar SRL. Schimbă în parte sentinţa apelată, în sensul respingerii contestaţiei fomulată de debitoare , prin administrator special, în ceea ce priveşte creanţa creditoarei anterior precizată, ca neîntemeiată. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Obligă debitoarea, prin administrator special, la plata către creditoarea Ricostar SRL a cheltuielilor de judecată efectuate în apel, în sumă de 100 lei. Definitivă. Pronunţată în sedinţa publică, azi, 19.02.2019.
