Respinge recursurile declarate de recurenta P.M.E. şi recurenta SC D.C. SRL împotriva deciziei civile nr. 970/A/7.05.2018 pronunţate de Tribunalul Specializat Cluj în dosarul nr. 674/1285/2016. Admite recursurile declarate de recurenta SC S.C.SRL şi recurenţii B.A. şi B.I. împotriva deciziei civile nr. 970/A/7.05.2018 pronunţate de Tribunalul Specializat Cluj în dosarul nr. 674/1285/2016, pe care o modifică în parte, în sensul că înlătură cheltuielile de judecată ocazionate la fond stabilite în sarcina acestor recurenţi şi în favoarea SC. A.SA. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor deciziei atacate. Obligă recurenta P.M.E. şi recurenta SC D.C. SRL să plătească fiecare intimatei SC A.SA suma de câte 4158 lei cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată în recurs. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din data de 23 octombrie 2018.
