Schimbat în parte
Admite apelul promovat de către 1047814 BC LTD prin reprezentant convenţional SCA „Comănescu şi Asociaţii” împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1477/24.10.2017 a Tribunalului Iaşi, sentinţă pe care o anulează în parte, în sensul că:
Ia act de renunţarea la judecata contestaţiei formulate de către contestatoarea 1047814 BC LTD împotriva tabelului definitiv actualizat al creanţelor, publicat în BPI nr. 9121/10.05.2017, cu privire la creanţa proprie asupra debitoarei SC TURISM MOLDOVA SA, în cuantum de 4.681.751, 46 Euro şi 10929,49 lei.
Păstrează restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei apelate ce nu contravin prezentei decizii.
Definitivă.
