Ia act de renunţarea apelantei creditoare 1047814 B.C. LTD la judecata contestaţiei formulată în privinţa tabelului definitiv actualizat de creanţe întocmit la data de 16.08.2017 şi publicat în BPI nr. 15332/17.08.2017 şi în consecinţă:
Anulează parţial sentinţa civilă nr. 1525/31.10.2017 a Tribunalului Iaşi – Secţia a II-a civilă – Faliment, anume în privinţa contestaţiei formulate de creditoarea 1047814 B.C. LTD.
Admite apelul promovat de GP HOTELS SRL, continuat de cesionara 1047814 B.C. LTD în privinţa sentinţei civile nr. 1525/31.10.2017 a Tribunalului Iaşi – Secţia a II-a civilă – Faliment, pe care o schimbă în parte în sensul că:
Admite contestaţia formulată de creditoarea GP HOTELS SRL împotriva tabelului definitiv actualizat de creanţe asupra debitoarei SC TURISM MOLDOVA SA, întocmit la data de 16.08.2017 şi publicat în BPI nr15332/17.08.2017 şi în consecinţă:
Dispune înscrierea creditoarei 1047814 B.C. LTD în tabelul definitiv actualizat de creanţe asupra debitoarei SC TURISM MOLDOVA SA în locul creditorului cedent GP HOTELS SRL cu suma de 1265401,39 lei, cu ordinea de prioritate prev. de art. 159 pct. 3. din Legea 85/2014.
Definitivă.
