Obliga pârâta să plătească reclaman?ilor, membri de sindicat, în regim de plata cu ora, contravaloarea orelor de educaţie fizică efectuate, astfel:
- în perioada 01.09.2015 – 30.06.2016, pentru reclaman?ii OPRIŢA MARIA, MIHUŢĂ - BĂZĂVAN GEORGETA, ŢENEA VALENTINA, SASU ROXANA, ŞCHIOPU MARIA, COSTEA MARIA, IONIŢĂ IULIA MARIA;
- în perioada 01.09.2014 – 30.06.2016 - pentru reclaman?ii GIUROIU MONICA, DRĂGHICESCU IONELA, COJOCARU (TUDOR) ROXANA DANIELA, TUDORAN ANA-MARIA, POPELCĂ VIRGIL, BĂLOIU RAMONA, BĂEŞU ALINA MARIA;
- în perioada 01.09.2015 – 30.06.2018 - pentru reclamanta BĂLTEANU IRINA;
- în perioada 01.12.2015 – 30.06.2016 - pentru reclamanta DIN ANDREEA.
Cu drept de apel in termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. În cazul exercitării căii de atac, cererea se depune la Tribunalul Vâlcea.
