Respinge cererea
Respinge acţiunea civilă formulată de către reclamantul SINDICATUL LIBER DIN ÎNVĂŢĂMÂNT JUDETUL SIBIU în numele şi pentru membrii de sindicat: BEJU SIMONA MARIA, BUCUR CRISTINA, DIACONU ANDREEA, GASTON DANIELA, GLIGOR CARMEN, MĂRGINEAN MĂDĂLINA, NEAMŢU MARIA, POTRA ANA MARIA, POTRA ADELINA, SIONEANU SIMONA ANCA, CIOROGARIU MIRELA, CORMAN ANA DOINA, LUCA DELIA MARIA, VĂCARIU DANIEL, HANEA SANDA, MICU MARIA, TARCEA ANCA , împotriva pârâtei GRĂDINIŢEI CU PROGRAM PRELUNGIT „ELEFĂNŢELUL CURIOS” Sibiu.
