Respinge ca nefondat apelul declarat de reclamanţii Marinaş Răzvan, Dobrescu Stelian, Ulei Stelian, Stani Dan, Stani Alexandrina, Dogaru Maria şi Stăncicu Toma. Admite apelul declarat de reclamanta Bădoiu Luminiţa. Schimbă în parte sentinţa, în sensul că admite şi acţiunea reclamantei Bădoiu Luminiţa. Constată că activitatea desfăşurată de reclamanta Bădoiu Luminiţa, în cadrul societăţii pârâte, în perioadele 18.07.1983 -1.05.1991 şi 1.11.1991 - 1.04.2001, se încadrează în grupa I de muncă, în procent de 100%, iar cea din perioada 1.04.2001 - 5.03.2007, se încadrează în condiţii speciale. Obligă pârâta să elibereze reclamantei Bădoiu Luminiţa adeverinţă în sensul celor constatate. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
