Nefondat
Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de pârâtul SR prin MFP împotriva deciziei civile nr. 1404/A din 24.10.2017 a Tribunalului Cluj, pronunţată în dosar nr. 9578/211/20159, pe care o menţine. Obligă pe numitul recurent să plătească intimaţilort BO şi BI suma de 3651 lei, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs, parţiale. Decizia este definitivă.
