Amână cauza

Amână judecarea cauzei la data de 11 decembrie 2018, ora 10,00, pentru când va fi repetată procedura de citare, în sensul că debitoarea va fi conceptată şi citată prin noul lichidator desemnat, RESPECTIV DIVIZIA CENTRALĂ DE INSOLVENŢĂ SPRL, iar intimatele creditoare vor fi conceptate şi citate prin lichidatorii desemnaţi, în cauză fiind menţinut şi FORINSOLV SPRL, în calitate de intimat.
