Admite recursul declarat de creditorul Puiu Tiberiu-Lucian împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1332/06.12.2017, pronunţată de Tribunalul Timiş în dosar nr. 9708/30/2012, în contradictoriu cu debitoarea intimată S* T***** C****** S** prin lichidatori judiciari Consultant Insolvenţă SPRL şi Yna Consulting SPRL. Casează în parte sentinţa recurată cu privire la pretenţiile reprezentând îmbunătăţirile aduse imobilelor restituite şi trimite cauza spre rejudecare la prima instanţă. Menţine în rest hotărârea atacată. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 18.09.2018.
