Dispune rejudecarea
Ia act de renunţarea la judecată a reclamantei-recurente Isăilă Margareta. Anulează hotărârea recurată cu privire la reclamanta Isăilă Margareta. Admite recursurile. Admite cererea de intervenţie accesorie formulată de UAT Judeţul Suceava. Casează în integralitate hotărârea recurată şi, în rejudecare: Admite excepţia tardivităţii cererii completatoare.
