Schimbat în parte
Respinge apelul declarat de pârâta Curtea de Apel Alba Iulia împotriva sentinţei civile nr.1462 din 11 decembrie 2018 pronunţată de Tribunalul Mureş în dosar nr.1251/107/2018;
Admite apelul declarat de pârâtul Ministerul Justiţiei, împotriva sentinţei civile amintită mai sus;
Schimbă în parte hotărârea atacată în sensul că:
Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului Ministerul Justiţiei şi, în consecinţă, respinge acţiunea civilă formulată de reclamanţi în contradictoriu cu acest pârât ca fiind formulată împotriva unei persoane fără calitate procesuală pasivă;
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei atacate;
Definitivă.
