Modifică sentinţa
Admite recursurile declarat de VC şi VC IPURL împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 314 din 29.05.2019 pronunţată în dosarul nr. 2095/112/2008/a6 al Tribunalului Bistriţa-Năsăud, pe care o modifică în sensul că respinge contestaţia formulată de către EE SA împotriva procesului verbal de licitaţie din data de 25.05.2018 publicat la data de 20.06.2018 în BPI.
Obligă intimata EE SA la plata sumei de 2000 lei cheltuieli de judecată în favoarea lichidatorului judiciar VC IPURL. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 21.11.2019.
