Admitere recurs
Admite recursul declarat de ARL cluj SA împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1276 din 24.07.2018 pronunţată în dosarul nr. 221/100/2013/a1 al Tribunalului Maramureş, pe care o casează în parte şi dispune trimiterea cauzei spre rejudecare la aceeaşi instanţă, în ceea ce priveşte soluţionarea contestaţiei formulate de SC ARL C SA, în privinţa sumelor solcitate cu titlu de penalităţi de întârziere şi taxă de timbru. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor. Respinge recursurile declarate de AJFP MM şi Sc VD SRL împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 12.09.2019.
