Menţine hotărârea atacata

Respinge recursurile declarate de recurenţii M.C.N. şi F.M.I.E. SRL împotriva deciziei civile nr. 544 pronunţată la data de 25.03.2019 în dosarul nr. 24039/211/2013 al Tribunalului Specializat Cluj, pe care o menţine în întregime. Obligă recurenţii în solidar să plătească intimaţilor suma de 3500 lei, cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată în recurs. Decizia este definitivă şi executorie. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 10 februarie 2020.
