Respingere apel
Admite excepţia lipsei de interes în declararea apelului de către SC ,, Heron GP” SRL, excepţie invocată de SC,, Agrium Agroport România” SA.
Respinge, ca lipsit de interes, apelul declarat de SC ,, Heron GP” SRL împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 228/2019 din 21.02.2019 a Tribunalului Iaşi –Secţia a II a Civilă Faliment.
