Obligă reclamantul la plata sumei de 2000 lei , către pârâta Biblioteca Centrală Universitară „Mihai Eminescu” Iaşi , cheltuieli de judecată , reprezentând onorariu de avocat, astfel cum acesta a fost cenzurat . Cu drept de apel, ce se depune la Tribunalul Iaşi, în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată astăzi, 30.10.2019, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
