Respingere recurs

Respinge recursul formulat de AJFOM Harghita (cu sediul) împotriva Sentinţei nr. 669/24.04.2019 pronunţată de Tribunalul Harghita, în dosarul nr. 285/96/2019. Definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 19.09.2019.-----------------------Având în vedere că d-na judecător Cristina Moldovan este în concediu medical, pentru respectarea termenului de redactare a hotărârilor judecătoreşti pronunţate în completele colegiale din care face parte, dosarele alocate spre redactare d-nei judecător vor fi redistribuite celorlalţi membri ai completelor ce au pronunţat hotărârile judecătoreşti respective.
