Admite apelurile. Schimbă în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 1956 din 12.12.2018 a Tribunalului Iaşi, în sensul că: Respinge ca rămasă fără obiect cererea reclamanţilor privind obligarea pârâţilor de a le achita acestora sumele reprezentând actualizarea cu indicele de inflaţie a diferenţelor de drepturi salariale rezultate ca urmare a aplicării valorilor de referinţă sectorială de 421,36 lei, respectiv 463,5 lei, precum şi dobânda legală penalizatoare aferentă acestor diferenţe de drepturi salariale. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu contravin prezentei decizii. Definitivă. Pronunţată prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
