Admite cererea
Admite cererea formulată de petentul L*** S**** V*****, şi în consecinţă: Îndreaptă eroarea materială din sentinţa civilă nr.2738/13.12.2012 pronunţată de Judecătoria Ineu, în dosar nr. 3307/2012, în sensul că parcela corectă înscrisă în titlul de proprietate nr. 106415 eliberat la data de 6.12.2002 de Comisia Judeţeană Arad pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată asupra terenurilor este tarla 145 parcela 1184/2, şi nu tarla 145 parcela 1189/2, cum greşit s-a consemnat. Îndreptarea se face în ambele exemplare ale hotărârii. Cu recurs în termen de 15 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi 30.01.2019.
