Admite recursul.
Casează în parte sentinţa civilă atacată şi rejudecând:
Admite în parte cererea de suspendare executare formulată în contradictoriu cu pârâtul CGMB.
Suspendă în parte executarea HCGMB nr. 721/18.10.2018, în limita dispoziţiilor şi a efectelor sale privind Administraţia Străzilor Bucureşti, până la pronunţarea instanţei de fond.
Menţine în rest sentinţa civilă recurată.
Admite în parte cererea de intervenţie voluntară accesorie.
Obligă partea recurentă-pârâtă la plata către partea intimată-reclamantă a sumei de 500 lei cheltuieli de judecată în recurs - onorariu de avocat.

Amână cauza
Pentru a da posibilitate părţilor în proces să ia cunoştinţă de cererea precizatoare şi întâmpinarea depuse la acest termen de judecată de către intimaţii reclamanţi, în vederea pregătirii apărării şi în raport de acestea, va amâna cauza şi va acorda un nou termen de judecată la data de 13.06.2019 Completu 1 Recurs NCPC, orele 14.30, sala "E 01 Vasile Lascăr".
