Admite excepţia de necompetenţă funcţională, invocată din oficiu.Declină competenţa judecării cererii de apel în favoarea completelor specializate ale secţiei, rămase competente să soluţioneze litigii de muncă, urmare suspendării executării hotărârii Colegiului dee Conducere al Curţii de Apel Ploieşti nr. 12/2019.
