Amână cauza
Admite cererea formulată de către debitoarea EST-ROM S.A. , prin administratorul judiciar Centrul de Expertiză în Insolvenţă S.P.R.L..
Suspendă executarea sentinţei civile nr. 454/28.03.2019, pronunţate de către Tribunalul Iaşi-Secţia II Civilă-Faliment, în dosarul nr. 4664/99/2016, până la soluţionarea apelului.
Cu recurs în 5 zile de la comunicare, cererea de recurs depunându-se la Curtea de Apel Iaşi.
