Admitere apel
Admite apelul declarat de către reclamantul Sindicatul Democratic Învăţământ Arad, în numele membrilor de sindicat, împotriva încheierii pronunţate în Camera de Consiliu la data de 13 august 2019 de către Tribunalul Arad în dosarul nr. 4800/108/2014/a1*, în contradictoriu cu pârâta Şcoala Gimnazială „Vasile Pop”.
Schimbă în tot încheierea apelată menţionată mai sus, în sensul că:
Respinge cererea de lămurire a dispozitivului sentinţei civile nr. 710 pronunţată la 1.10.2015 de către Tribunalul Arad în dosarul nr. 4800/108/2014 formulată de reclamantul Sindicatul Democratic Învăţământ Arad în contradictoriu cu pârâta Şcoala Gimnazială „Vasile Pop”.
