Respinge, ca nefondat, recursul declarat de pârâtii Gheorghe Crinu Dumitru, Gheorghe Gheorghe Constantin si Gheorghe Marian împotriva deciziei civile nr.245/2019 pronuntată de Tribunalul Sibiu -Sectia I civilă în dosar nr.485/306/2016.
