SARA GOOD FOOD S.R.L., împotriva Sentinţei civile nr. 1207/2019 din data de 18 octombrie 2019 pronunţate de Tribunalul Timiş în dosar nr. 4957/30/2018, având ca obiect confirmare plan de reorganizare judiciară.
Anulează sentinţa atacată şi trimite cauza spre rejudecare Tribunalului Timiş potrivit considerentelor prezentei decizii.
