Admite apelurile declarate de apelantul Guillot Sylvain Pierre în calitate de administrator special al Altero SRL şi de BDO Business Restructuring SPRL-Filiala Sibiu, în calitate de lichidator judiciar al debitoarei Atero SRL împotriva Sentinţei nr.37/F/2019 pronunţată de judecătorul sindic în dosarul nr.5058/107/2017 al Tribunalului Alba şi în consecinţă: Anulează sentinţa atacată şi trimite cauza spre rejudecare aceleiaşi instanţe. Respinge cererile de suspendare a efectelor aceleiaşi sentinţe, ca rămase fără obiect. Dispune restituirea către apelantul Guillot Sylvain Pierre a sumei de 1000 lei consemnată la data de 09.04.2019 la CEC Bank -Unitatea Sebeş, cu titlu de cauţiune în dosarul nr.5058/107/2017/a2 al Curţii de Apel Alba Iulia, potrivit Recipisei nr.205371530/1 din data de 09.04.2019, înregistrată la poziţia nr.187/2019 în registrul de valori.
