Amână cauza
Admite excepţia de necompetenţă materială procesuală a completului 13 ACIV.Declină competenţa de soluţionare a apelurilor în favoarea completului iniţial învestit, LM 17AII. Constată ivit conflictul negativ de competenţă între cele două completuri. Suspendă, din oficiu, judecata cauzei şi trimite dosarul Înaltei Curţi de Casaţie şi Justiţie, pentru soluţionarea conflictului, Fără cale de atac. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 9.12.2019.

Amână cauza
Admite excepţia de necompetenţă funcţională a completului, invocată din oficiu. Declină competenţa judecării cererilor de apel în favoarea completelor specializate ale secţiei, rămase competente să soluţioneze litigii de muncă, urmare suspendării executării hotărârii Colegiului de Conducere al Curţii de Apel Ploieşti nr. 12/2019. Fără cale de atac. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică, azi, 16.10.2019.
