Admite cererea
Admite cererea formulată de reclamantul SINDICATUL LIBER ÎNVĂŢĂMÂNT ZONA APUSENI în contradictoriu cu pârâta ŞCOALA GIMNAZIALĂ „MIHAI EMINESCU” IGHIU.
Lămureşte înţelesul şi aplicarea dispozitivului sentinţei civile nr. 511/2018 pronunţată de Tribunalul Alba, în dosar nr. 6781/107/2017, în sensul că dobânda acordată este dobândă legală penalizatoare.
