Constata nul recursul
Constată nul recursul declarat de recurentul SR prin MFP, prin AJFPC, împotriva deciziei civile nr. 226/A pronunţată la data de 13.02.2019 în dosarul nr. 6806/328/2015 al Tribunalului Cluj, pe care o menţine în întregime. Obligă recurentul SR prin MFP, prin AJFPC să plătească intimatei SC "P" SA suma de 3.926,04 lei, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs. Decizia este definitivă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 26 iunie 2019.
