Admite cererea formulată de administratorul judiciar RTZ & PARTNERS SPRL, cu sediul în mun.Cluj-Napoca, Calea Turzii nr.74-76, et.2, jud.Cluj, în contradictoriu cu debitoarea SC SIGNATURE REAL ESTATE SRL-în insolvenţă, cu sediul în mun.Braşov, str.Aurel Vlaicu nr.40, ap./cam.4, jud.Braşov, şi în consecinţă:
Admite cererea administratorului judiciar RTZ & PARTNERS SPRL de aprobare a raportului prin care se propune intrarea debitoarea SC SIGNATURE REAL ESTATE SRL în procedură simplificată de faliment.
Trimite dosarul judecătorului sindic pentru deschiderea procedurii simplificate de faliment.
Păstrează restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei .
