Admite cererea.
Lămureşte dispozitivul sentinţei nr. 19/2019 a Tribunalului Botoşani, definitivă prin decizia 48/2019 a Curţii de apel Suceava, în sensul că, prin respingerea contestaţiei, măsura luată de administratorul judiciar privind denunţarea Acordului (adresa 23847/25.05.2016) încheiat între SC Aquaterm SRL şi Occide Construccion SA este validă astfel încât suma de 637.612,25 lei, cuvenită SC Aquaterm SRL, blocată în contul comun, va putea fi deblocată şi virată în alt cont doar la solicitarea administratorului judiciar al SC Aquaterm SRL, fără a fi necesară semnătura conjunctă a părţilor.
Cu apel în termen de 7 zile de la comunicare, prin publicare BPI.
