Respinge recursurile declarate de ,,Eurobusiness” LRJ SRL, în calitate de lichidator judiciar al SC ,,Nord Est Pharma” SRL şi de Direcţia Generală Regională a Finanţelor Publice Iaşi – Administraţia Judeţeană a Finanţelor Publice Iaşi împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1713 din 21. 11.2018, pronunţată de Tribunalul Iaşi – Secţia a II a Civilă- Faliment, sentinţă pe care o menţine.
