Legea 85/2006 privind insolventa
Admite contestaţia înaintată de creditoarea D G R F P CLUJ-NAPOCA, împotriva tabelului preliminar de creanţe întocmit de lichidatorul judiciar provizoriu S SPRL, în procedura de insolvenţă în formă simplificată a debitoarei B R SRL (în faliment, in bankruptcy, en faillite) şi, în consecinţă:
Dispune lichidatorului judiciar S SPRL să înscrie creanţa deţinută de creditoarea D G R F P CLUJ-NAPOCA – astfel: suma de 313.142 lei, în categoria prevăzută de art. 161 alin. 1 pct. 5 din Legea nr. 85/2014 sub condiţie rezolutorie.
Cu apel in termen de 7 zile de la comunicare.
Apelul va fi depus la Tribunalul Specializat Cluj.
Pronunţată potrivit dispoziţiilor art. 396 alin. 2 din noul Cod de procedură civilă, la data de 05.03.2020.
