KABA TIHAMER, PODOLANCA IOAN, PODOLANCA TITIE A LUI GIGOR, PODOLANCA MARIA A LUI GRIGOR, împotriva deciziei civile nr. 226/Ap din 10.06.2020, pronunţată de Tribunalul Satu Mare pe care o casează în totalitate şi trimite cauza spre rejudecare la aceeaşi instanţă.
