Admite apelurile declarate de debitoarea SC Horticola International Sevis SRL, prin administrator special Horhat Maria Magdalena şi de Premier Insolv SPRL, în calitate de administrator judiciar al debitoarei împotriva Sentinţei nr.32/2020 pronunţată de judecătorul sindic în dosarul nr.2227/85/2016 al Tribunalului Sibiu şi, în consecinţă:
Schimbă în tot sentinţa atacată, în sensul că admite cererea formulată de debitoarea SC Horticola International Sevis SRL, prin administratorul special Horhat Maria Magdalena, şi confirmă planul de reorganizare propus de aceasta.
