Modifică sentinţa

Admite recursul.Casează în parte sentinţa recurată şi, în rejudecare: Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a IGPR cu privire la acţiunea promovată de reclamanţii Burlacu Catană Dumitru Eugen şi H***** A******** (pentru perioada 01.07.2015-02.10.2017). Respinge acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii H***** A******** (pentru perioada 01.07.2015-02.10.2017) şi Burlacu Catană Dumitru Eugen, în contradictoriu cu IGPR, ca fiind introdusă împotriva unei persoane lipsite de calitate procesuală pasivă. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei recurate care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii. Definitivă. Pronunţată prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin intermediul grefei instanţei.
