Admite cererea
Admite contestaţia îndreptată împotriva tabelului preliminar al creanţelor cu privire la debitoarea DIVERGENT OPTIM SRL, formulată de contestatoarea SDC IMOBILIARE SRL, în contradictoriu cu intimaţii CII SUT LORICA ILEANA, DIVERGENT OPTIM SRL.
Dispune înscrierea în tabelul preliminar al creanţelor cu privire la debitoarea DIVERGENT OPTIM SRL, a creanţei creditoarei SDC IMOBILIARE SRL în cuantum de 108 932,26 lei, neafectată de vreo condiţie, şi a creanţei creditoarei SDC IMOBILIARE SRL în cuantum de 659 209,81 lei, sub condiţia perfectării contractelor de vânzare cumpărare în formă autentică a apartamentelor nr.39, 42 şi 54 din imobilul situat în str. Burebista nr.8 şi a apartamentelor nr.1, sc.1 şi nr.12.sc.1 din imobilul situat în strada Trifoiului nr.24-28.
Cu drept de apel în şapte zile de la publicare în BPI, cererea de apel se va depune la Tribunalul Bistriţa-Năsăud.
