Casează în parte sentinţa atacată şi în rejudecare:
Admite cererea.
Obligă pârâtul la recalcularea indemnizaţiilor de concediu de odihnă pentru perioada 2015 - 2017 cu includerea sporului pentru condiţii de muncă în condiţii vătămătoare şi pentru condiţii grele de muncă, acordat reclamanţilor, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii care nu sunt contrare prezentei.
