Schimbă, în parte, sentinţa, în privinţa contestaţiei formulate împotriva creanţei Gemina (actuală Cosmo Proiect Construct SRL), în sensul că admite în parte această contestaţie şi dispune înscrierea în tabel a acestei creditoare cu suma de 187.057 lei, sub condiţia recepţiei lucrărilor.
Menţine, în rest, sentinţa.
