Admite excepţia inadmisibilităţii căii de atac a apelului formulat de reclamanţi, pentru motivele invocate la pct. 3 şi 4, excepţie invocată din oficiu.
Admite excepţia inadmisibilităţii motivelor de apel referitoare la soluţia pronunţată asupra excepţiei necompetenţei materiale şi excepţia inadmisibilităţii, din apelul formulat de pârâtul Ministerul Justiţiei, excepţie invocată din oficiu.
Respinge ca nefondate apelurile declarate de reclamanţi şi de pârâţii Ministerul Justiţiei, Curtea de Apel Braşov, Curtea de Apel Bucureşti şi Tribunalul Ilfov.
Admite apelul declarat de pârâtul Tribunalul Galaţi.
Schimbă în parte sentinţa apelată, în sensul că: Admite excepţia prescripţiei extinctive, invocată de pârâtul Tribunalul Galaţi, raportat la pretenţiile reclamantului Găitan Aurel, pentru perioada 01.08.2016-10.06.2017. Admite excepţia prescripţiei extinctive, invocată de pârâtul Tribunalul Galaţi, raportat la pretenţiile celorlalţi reclamanţi care au avut raporturi de serviciu cu acesta, chiar şi parţial, în acest interval, pentru perioada 01.08.2016-08.04.2018.
Păstrează restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei.
Definitivă.
Pronunţată azi, 23.02.2022, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
