Admitere apel
Respinge apelul formulat de Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială şi Protecţia Copilului Braşov ca nefondat.
Admite apelul formulat de Sindicatul Impact Botoşani.
Schimbă în parte soluţia pronunţată, în sensul că admite acţiunea şi faţă de reclamanţii B**** M*****, I****** M**** şi A********* G*******.
Obliga pârâta să plătească şi reclamanţilor de mai sus stimulent de risc în sumă fixă de 1150 lei brut prevăzut de art. 1 alin. 1 din OUG nr. 82/2020, actualizat în funcţie de indicii de inflaţie de la data scadenţei şi până la plata efectivă, precum şi cu dobândă legală de la data 17.07.2020, a sesizării instanţei şi până la plata efectivă.
