Respingere apel

Respinge apelul declarat de pârâta Casa Judeţeană de Pensii Mureş (cu sediul) împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 751/12.05.2021 pronunţată de Tribunalul Mureş în dosar nr. 1358/102/2021.
