Admite recursul. Casează în parte sentinţa atacată în sensul că: Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor stimulentul de risc în cuantum de 2500 lei brut pe lună proporţional cu timpul efectiv lucrat. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii care nu sunt contrare prezentei. Definitivă. Pronunţată prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin intermediul grefei instanţei.
