Admite apelul declarat de reclamantul Sindicatul „Acord” (cu sediul) împotriva Sentinţei civile nr. 1319 din 05.10.2021, pronunţate de Tribunalul Mureş în dosarul nr. 1717/102/2020.
Schimbă în parte hotărârea atacată, în sensul că:
Admite acţiunea formulată de reclamantul Sindicatul „Acord” şi în numele membrilor de sindicat Miheşan Ilie, Bogati Iolanda, Marian Maria şi Luca Nicoleta.
Obligă pârâta Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială şi Protecţia Copilului Mureş (cu sediul) să plătească în favoarea membrilor de sindicat Miheşan Ilie, Bogati Iolanda, Marian Maria şi Luca Nicoleta a tuturor drepturilor băneşti recunoscute celorlalţi membri de sindicat prin sentinţa atacată.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu contravin prezentei.
Respinge ca nefondat apelul declarat împotriva aceleiaşi hotărâri de pârâta Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială şi Protecţia Copilului Mureş.
Definitivă.
Pronunţată azi, 24.03.2022, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin intermediul grefei instanţei.
