Admite contestaţia formulată de creditoarea BANCA TRANSILVANIA S.A., împotriva hotărârii adunării creditorilor GOVORA S.A. din data de 26.02.2021.
Dispune anularea în parte a hotărârii adunării creditorilor GOVORA S.A. din data de 26.02.2021 în ceea ce priveşte stabilirea onorariului Consorţiului de lichidatori judiciari format din EURO INSOL SPRL şi VIZAL CONSULTING IPURL.
