Admitere apel
DECIZIA NR.831- Respinge apelul reclamantilor ca nefondat.
Admite apelul declarat de Parchetul de pe langa Tribunalul Galati .
Schimba in parte sentinta civila nr.456/16.03.2021 a Tribunalului Galaţi, in sensul ca drepturile salariale sunt acordate in viitor cu respectarea art.38 alin.6 din Legea nr.153/2017.
